Good morning, I have a very simple question. I'm looking through the product page for the part ICM-20948 and L see lots of exciting references to the capability of the embedded dynamic motion processor (DMP) but I can't seem to find the API documentation. I'm assuming there are a set of SPI commands that my host microcontroller can use to configure and interrogate the DMP. Where can i find this?

i am trying to use mpu6050 for tap detection, but i doesn't find the specification how to enable this feature(which register) on DMP?

I am workin in Arduino ESP32 environmet.

I used ST Nucleo STM32F411 + ICM 20948 daughterboard + Nucleo Carrier Board verB and ICM-20948 eMD 1.0 for Nucleo Board.

I open IAR workspace from example folder. I Open the desired example-icm20948.eww file and IAR workbench will opened a new window. Then I
Download and Debug but I have Error:
Error[Pa149]: some enum values are not handled in this switch statement: "DYN_PRO_TRANSPORT_EVENT_TX_START_DMA" D:\1.0.0\sources\examples\example-icm20948\example.c 1062.
Error while running C/C++ Compiler.
Why?

Hi all,

I am using the SmartMotion eMD 1.1.0 with the DK-20948 development board.
The example code contains a 'sensor-client.exe' tool for connecting from a PC and controlling the sensor.
Is the source code for this available somewhere? I wanted to modify it to do some processing of the received values.
The download only includes the .exe file.

Hello! I would really appreciate some clarifications about the nominal bias terms of ICM-20689. On the data sheet (https://invensense.tdk.com/download-pdf/icm-20689-datasheet/), I can see that there is the term 'Initial ZRO Tolerance' for gyroscopes and 'Initial Tolerance' for accelerometers. Do these terms refer to the initial bias term? What exactly does 'tolerance' mean here? In addition, is there any chance that I am provided the bias instability for gyroscope and accelerometer of this type of IMU, please?

I am currently using mpu-9250 for single tap detection using DMP. Currently I working towards changing my sensor to icm20948 instead of mpu9250. But I cannot find single tap detention feature in icm20948. Can any one tell me single tap detection feature available in icm20948?

Hello,

i purchased a Razor IMU M0 from Sparkfun, which is based on the MPU9250.
In the product specifications from Sparkfun, it is written that the DMP sample rate is between 4 & 200 Hz.
I retrieve the pitch angle, computed from the "low power quaternions" computed directly by the MPU9250.

When the sample rate is configured at 100 Hz, eveything works well.
However, if the sample rate is increased at 150 Hz, some abnormal pitch values appear, even if the IMU is standstill
