I was wondering if anyone had tried this as it seems a likely combination.
Code almost compiles except for 1 error. UPCS0 doesn't exist. Perhaps I'm missing an include somewhere.

USBPLLCTL = UPCS0 + UPFDEN + UPLLEN;

I am going to work on this and report back to this thread. In the meantime, if any invensense devs could chime in it would be appreciated.

Should not be an problem, as long as the 5529 has enough memory.
Also, there should not be any major clock/timing discrepancies between the 5529 and 5528 that would cause an issue.
